Payment
We accept
How payment works
- The service is provided under a contract for paid services (Civil Code of Armenia, Articles 777–781).
- Prices are in Armenian drams and calculated automatically from the period and modules. We approve the application first, then you pay.
- Payment methods: bank card (ArCa, Visa, Mastercard) on the bank's secure page, or bank transfer. We never receive or store card details.
- The service turns on once the bank confirms the payment.
Cancellation
- Before payment you can cancel the application at any time, free of charge.
- After payment you can cancel the service at any time and pay only for the part already provided (Civil Code, Article 780(1)).
- If we end the service and this is not due to your breach of the terms, we refund the unused part and compensate losses (Civil Code, Article 780(2)).
- To cancel or ask for a refund, write to us in Messages in your account.
Refunds
You get back the part of the amount paid that falls on the unused days:
Refund = amount paid ÷ days paid × unused days
- Days count from the day the service was activated. The day of your request counts as used.
- The calculation uses the amount actually paid, after any discount or promo code. The result is rounded down to a whole dram.
- A wrong or double charge is refunded in full.
- Time granted without payment is not refunded.
Examples (illustrative prices):
- 30 days for 4 900 ֏. You cancel on day 10. 20 days are unused: 4 900 ÷ 30 × 20 = 3 266 ֏.
- 365 days for 49 000 ֏. You cancel on day 100. 265 days are unused: 49 000 ÷ 365 × 265 = 35 575 ֏.
- A module added for the remaining 15 days for 750 ֏. You switch it off after 5 days: 750 ÷ 15 × 10 = 500 ֏.
- 4 900 ֏ was charged twice. The second charge, 4 900 ֏, is refunded in full.
How and when we refund:
- Money goes back the way it was paid: to the same card or the same bank account. We send refunds within 10 working days of the request; the bank may need a few more days to credit them.
- If you buy the service as a consumer (not for business), the Law of Armenia on Consumer Rights Protection also applies.
